Terms and Conditions – The Ranikhet Continental (TRC)

• From this point onward the hotel word reflects “THE RANIKHET CONTINENTAL”.
• The prices mentioned are net on twin sharing basis. Extra Pay if any shall be charged at the additional cost as applicable.
• Prices mentioned do not include insurance of any kind or any other expenses that may have to be incurred by the guests on account of any illness, hospitalization or overstaying due to any reasons beyond the control of Hotel or its representatives.
• Prices mentioned do not include the transportation cost of extensive sightseeing where outside tourist vehicles are not allowed.
• Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of life or property of any passenger during the tour.
• Tour Packages booked for the peak season i.e; 15th Dec- 15th Jan & 1st April- 31st July shall not be cancelled at all except special circumstances where refund shall be given as per the cancellation policy of the company/hotel.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Ranikhet/ Uttarakhand only.
